Restricted Party Screening
Restricted Party & Sanctions Screening
Our Restricted Party & Sanctions screening tool (also called an oracle), is known as ChatRPS. It enables users to screen shipments, suppliers and customers ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and denied party lists.
Users can screen their partners against an extensive number of restricted party lists, such as the UFLPA Entity List, to identify potential compliance risks.
The screening process, and disposition of false and soft hits, are automated to reduce manual efforts and ensure only absolutely necessary compliance checks to improve efficiency.
Soft Hit Dispositions
The automated solution for soft hit dispositions allows users to review partial matches efficiently and seamlessly gather information about screened entities.
KYG’s AI assistant, Kay, makes informed assessments on whether to clear transactions or treat them as true matches using extensive reasoning.
The technology streamlines the soft hit review process, improving accuracy and reducing the time needed for manual review and analysis.
False Positive Hit Dispositions
The integrated restricted party screening (RPS) solution utilizes advanced algorithms to substantially reduce initial false positives. The technology removes much of the manual effort currently required to resolve false positives. And, it provides tools to efficiently analyze and document false positive clearances.
The system can update and refine screening criteria based on confirmed false positives so that, over time, the percentage of false positives is reduced.
Our AI assistant, Kay, helps users summarize findings and assess risks with comprehensive reasoning when reviewing dispositions.
